Which tier should I pick: Launch, Bespoke, or Brokerage?

Launch if you want to be live next week and a template branded to you is plenty. Bespoke if you want every pixel designed for your brand, expect ongoing design tweaks, or are building something more ambitious than a personal agent website. Brokerage if you are running 5+ agents and need a real multi-agent platform with shared listings, agent pages, and custom funnels. All three tiers ship with the same MLS® System search, forms, mortgage calculator, and tooling. The difference is how custom the design is and how much we keep building with you after launch.

Can I upgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We credit your Launch build fee toward a Bespoke build for the first 12 months, and your Bespoke build fee toward a Brokerage build for the first 18 months. Your monthly steps up to the new rate when the new site goes live, and we keep the existing site running through the rebuild so you are never offline.

What is actually included?

Every tier includes a homepage and five interior pages (About, Listings, Buyers, Sellers, Contact), professional copywriting, mobile-responsive layouts, an SEO foundation with schema and Search Console, lead capture forms wired to your inbox, hosting, security, and ongoing edits. Launch starts from one of our five in-house templates and brands it to you. Bespoke is designed from scratch around your brand. Brokerage extends that into a multi-agent platform with shared listings, agent pages, and custom integrations.

How long until my site is live?

Accepted Answer

Launch: typically 5 to 7 days from the day you approve the demo. Bespoke: 2 to 4 weeks, because every page is designed and built from scratch around your brand. Brokerage: 3 to 6 weeks, because we are designing a platform and the integrations that go with it. In every case the demo itself is ready within 24 hours of you sending us your photos and bio.

Question 5

Do I own the site or are you renting it to me?

Accepted Answer

You own it. The domain stays in your name. If you ever cancel, we transfer the site files and DNS to your registrar at no charge.

Question 6

Can I make changes after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes, included in the monthly. Send a request by email and we ship the change in 1 to 2 business days. New listings, photo swaps, copy tweaks, full page redesigns. Bespoke clients also get quarterly feature requests: net new sections or functionality, scoped and built into the site at no extra cost. Brokerage clients get unlimited feature requests within scope plus a quarterly strategy review with the founders.

What if I already have a domain or existing site?

Accepted Answer

We migrate. We handle the DNS update, content transfer, and 301 redirects from old URLs so you do not lose any existing search traffic.

What if I am not happy with the demo?

Accepted Answer

No obligation. The demo is genuinely free. You only pay if you want to launch. If it is not for you, we shake hands and go our separate ways.

Question 9

Do you build sites for teams or brokerages, not just individual agents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is exactly what the Brokerage tier is for. Multi-agent team sites, brokerage-wide platforms with shared listings, individual agent pages, internal tooling, and custom funnels. If your scope is bigger than a single-agent site, we will quote it on the demo call.

Can you integrate with my CRM, IDX provider, or existing tooling?

Accepted Answer

Almost always. We have shipped builds with Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, BoomTown, Salesforce, and direct DDF® / RETS / IDX feeds from most Canadian and US boards. If you tell us what you use, we can confirm fit before you commit.

Question 11

Can you handle the full lead funnel, not just the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Home valuation funnels, buyer and seller squeeze pages, paid ad landing pages wired to your CRM, automated email sequences, and lead routing. Tell us what the funnel needs to do and we will architect it as part of the build.

Do you build single-property websites for luxury listings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is one of our favourite Bespoke builds. A site for one house, designed around the property: cinematic photography, floor plans, neighbourhood guide, video tours, private viewing requests, and its own domain. Hand it over with the listing as part of the marketing package, then transfer the domain to the buyer at close as a digital asset they can keep showcasing the home with. Quoted per property, typically delivered in 5 to 10 days.
